Faced with a customer service hiring surge ahead of Christmas time retail peak, a luxury bath and body brand chose Mother Tongue to assess their candidates’ written tests for their 6 EMEA markets over the course of summer 2022.

Mother Tongue’s QA specialists provided feedback on more than 900 written tests from the client’s 6 recruitment agencies, who then used our assessment scores to decide whether they would proceed with the hiring process.

To achieve this, we liaised with the client in creating a score grid that would cater to both grammar and language use, assessing spelling, punctuation, style and tone of voice.

We also partnered closely with the 6 recruitment agencies and facilitated a bespoke cloud environment to process the written tests, providing a 1 working-day assessment turnaround while complying with GDPR requirements.
