Linda developed her passions early. Chocolate, horses, books, travelling... She could ride before she could walk.
Dark winter nights of countryside Sweden gave plenty of time for reading; first time favourites were the fairytales of girls and ponies. Hence she developed a liking for the mysterious green islands with castles, secret forest treasures and grew into a habit of always wishing she were somewhere else.
Her first venture out of Scandinavia took her to legendary Canterbury. A few years later she reckoned Copenhagen to be the perfect springboard for studies and journeys.
Now 15 years later she’s back in the UK and Mother Tongue is the last stop before finishing her translation studies at Copenhagen University.
